The sale of your house can take from anything between a few days to a few weeks. The timescale normally depends on your timetable for the sale. We will work closely with you to work out a completion date hat suits your plans.

Do I pay my solicitors fees?

No! When you sell to us, we even offer to pay the cost of your solicitors, totalling a value of £500.  This is yet another benefit to enjoy when you work with us.

Do you deal with repossession cases?

Do I have to accept your offer?
